I'm analyzing some statistics and need your reports for my study to become an approximate conclusion. Google search engine brings me most traffic and I'm sure it does the same to 99% of you. What are the other engines?

Here is my list of search engine traffic websites from best performing to less performing:

1. Google
2. Yahoo
3. Aol
4. Search
5. Live

You need to narrow down the list as many sites are powered by the same search engine.

Yahoo, Altavista, All the Web = Yahoo Inktomi
Live and MSN = MSN
Google and AOL (Search powered by Google)
Search = Meta searh
ASK

Interesting. Your site is an exception to the prevailing rule — that is, Google being clearly #1.

All of those and some other smaller ones. About 50% from Google. Rest are other search engines, direct traffic etc.

On one of my sites (ArtWorldChicago.com) live.com overtook Google in references - that's a surprise!

For my main site, TradersLog.com - I get by far the most traffic from Google : )

My websites have always ended up in Yahoo before Google. I think Google is rather picky and slow!

I dont understand why some people post

GOOGLE
GOOGLE
GOOGLE with a big smiley face afterwards

If google changed the algorithm it could possibly make your site unprofitable.

You are also missing out on maybe 10% or even 15% of the market.

Ideally we would have 10 different search engines with 10% each or maybe more. That is unrealistic now that google is in the picture, but if you get 100% from google then your site is extremely vunerable.

Very true, Yahoo converts WAY better then google for me.

Yahoo not only converts better, its also cheaper (from the PPC view).

Thanks people, I'd need a few more reports!

Google used to be 90%+ for me, at least on my blog sites.

Now Live is up to 40%. The climb started the middle of last year. Go figure.
