status result for robots?

Hi der? Need some answer for this: I been past my sitemap 2 days ago on G**gle and when I try to view my stat on robots.txt I received this result:

Status 200
Home page access you are not blocking access to your home page.

Can you help me what this is? Good or bad error messages? Thanks a lot

You've misquoted the error message slightly, but it means that an attempt to access a bad filename is returning a 200 ("ok") code instead of the error "404 not found".

It is likely an error in your .htaccess file. Are you doing any mod rewrites?

i dont think so that is what he is trying to say...

what he has done is ...he has added the robots.txt...

then he gone to his google sitemaps account and checked the robots tab there..

since his robots.txt file is correct, he is getting a 200 message....

there is nothing to worry as of now...the message shows that your robots.txt file is not blocking your homepage...
