I know this question has been asked many times but I wanted to know. Is it possible to run an adwords campaign, and have the destination url directly linked to a product page on amazon? I know that they only allow one url to be avertised, but what if you have a website that has that info and when someone clicks it carries them to the specific page?

Yep.
Doing this is fine. You can slightly tweak your display url so that it is not identical to others.
For example is you are selling a toaster from amazon, the display url toaster.amazon.com is fine as is the url amazon.com/toaster.

You can also put /uk or /ca at the end

The domains for your visible url and for the ad's link must be the same.

Ok I know Adwords will only show 1 domain so is it possible that if you outbid say Amazon that you will take their place ? or is it whoever advertises first ?

That's great news! I always thought having 'amazon' in your URL was not allowed due to the use of their trademark...

Usually they'll catch amazon and not let it show in the ad. I think they're trademark protected.

What about Ebay? There many people who advertise Ebay, nothing bad happened to them.
I think Ebay is trademark protected as well....So Amazon should be ok
