hey everyone
I've just set up my campaign on adwords, for the links to appear on youtube and some other big sites, but there have been no impressions until now, does anyone know what's happening?

Sometimes it can take time for data to show on Adwords.
If you have only just set things up, give it a bit more time.

Make sure, everything is approved and active.

It is active, how do I check if it's approved? :)

Hover your mouse over the magnifying glass icon next to a keyword.
The pop up will tell you if your ads are showing.

1-Go to your adgroup
2-check the keyword tab
3-edit keywords
4-estimate search traffic
5-look for this message
these keywords could potentially generate ? clicks per day

okay, I did it and they are still not showing, I also started another campaign to show ads at certain websites, should I chose big sites if I have a low budget (10$/day), or what?

See my post above - do this and you will see why your ads are not showing.
You really ought to have an idea as to where you want your ads to point to prior to undertaking your campaign.
I cant advise whether you should send your traffic to a "big" site or otherwise. You need to send your traffic to a site that utilises your keywords and that reflects your ads. Also, of course the site must be one where you believe that you have a good chance of converting.
Good luck.

If you're doing site targeting, it can take 24 hours to a week to get approved depending on how busy they are. Adwords employees are not working today, so you're going to be waiting awhile my friend... :)

maybe people aren't searching for your keyword that is why your cpc is low, my adwise is to change your keyword but before that, do keyword research, goodluck !.
