I don't know about you, but my account has a link under the General area that says Domain Name Server Setup after I click on my domain. It takes me right to my nameserver area.

Even i have that too, but for all non .us domains
for all .us domains, im getting this setup.

You are on the custom NS setup screen above. Is that where you need to be?

From your home page click on view domains
then on the domain you want to change
then on domain NS setup and you should get a simple screen with 4 boxes for the NS.

This might be over ridden if you have set up custom NS for this domain before or tried to.

You have to also select "Transfer DNS to webhost" to get the nameserver settings ;)

Thanks Colbyt for the very detailed info. :D

You have to wait for the DNS to change before you can view your site.
