RSS Feed help

I'm trying to get my feed up and running, but it seems the URL is faulty.

URL: http://feeds.rapidfeeds.com/8120/

Do the feeds have to obey certain rules? I can put the feed into an XML only mode if that is required...

Maybe I'm missing something..?

Someone else was having similar problems yesterday, and the suggested answer (and, in fact, the solution) was using a FeedBurner feed instead. :p

does feedburner actually host the feed though?

I'm still kind of hesitant to change feeds, since I already have a subscriber base on the existing one...
