Nope, there are different stories on this, but in reality Yahoo has not announced for sure when they are going to come out of beta testing. Which is frustrating alot of people, but with the glitches they are working to smooth out I am not surprised. It is getting alot better though and who knows you may see it this summer, but this of course is only a guess and Yahoo I am sure will announce it.

As I said in my thread I created, the guy on the phone and everything he said indicates to me that it'll be many months before YPN goes international. It's unfortunate, but because of the structure of their sponsored search and country-targeting, it's not possible right now.
