Is it against CJ rules to use other affiliate sites on you site that uses CJ?
For instance can I use these guys http://www.netshopsaffiliates.com/ and CJ on the same site?

I don't believe so. I've used LinkShare and CJ on the same site before.

Why would it be wrong to use two affiliates on same site? They cant control that, they would never get displayed?

the affiliate companies... that pay you on persale or perlead... they dont care about placements... they are more concerned about the real sales and leads as well as you can generate that...
