Depends on topic. Your getting over 10 cents a click and some sites get less than that everyday. CTR could be better but that also depends on ads running on site and topic

Sorry but adplacement does not increase how much you get per click, it's the niche that matters.

Your CTR honestly shouldn't be that low, unless you're running a forum. Also, it's difficult to comment on your EPC without knowing your niche, so we can scratch any recommendations pertaining to that out. After all, for a website within the gaming industry, your EPC would be nothing short of spectacular. :) Judging by what is given, I would concentrate on adjusting your placements so as to derive greater earnings.
