Paypal Limited my account for Nothing :(

Hello,

Recently i made a Indian Paypal Account (about 4 days ago)
I transferd all my funds to this account (70$ USD) from my US Unverified Paypal Account (2 months old)

I verified my Indian paypal with a VCC on a same i created the account
I buyed two ebay item with this Indian Paypal account.

But today when i about to pay for the third ebay item i won i got messege that my Account is Limited

they said
25-Dec.-2007: Our system requires further account verification.

In Resolution center it says

Add a credit card and enter your Expanded Use Number .. In Review
Submit Your Documents .. Waiting for your response

I clicked on the Resolve button
I clicked upload files

As this India account is based on my Real Info

I uploaded two things

Proof of Address - Snap Image by Webcam of my Electricity Bill
Proof of Name - Snap Image by Webcam of My Mark Sheet

I thought it will be enough

But it is still saying waiting for response

What to do now? Please Help

You have to wait 2 - 3 days...and they don't work on Christmas holidays I guess ;)

Is it important to Fax them?..
Because it also says FAX

I have never ever used FAX thingy

or

My work is done here and all i have to do is there Response?

Why not fax your documents directly to paypal? That would be much better than sending via email.

I used Faxzero.com to fax mine when i encountered the same problem with paypal. It's a free fax service. You can fax seaparate documents.. just make sure you will include the necessary details in your resolution page.

PS:
Make Sure Your Documents are Clear enough to verify your address and name.

I believe they may be suspicious about the funds transfer from your US account to your Indian account, I would think that it would certainly help if you could fax them your travel documents to show your travel back from the US.

paypal customer care sucks... they never replied my email when i contact them at the contact page... i contact them again but still never get any reply... paypal now really getting worse.. and yet they now limited account more often then it use to before...
