Paypal limited -- no reason given

i tried to send some funds today for the first time using my paypal account and bam i got a message saying im limited

-change password
-change security q
-add bank account
-confirm location by adding credit/debit card

bank account i can RELUCTANTLY ADD but i dont even have a credit card

the balance is low just about 23$ which i earned from gpt sites to buy some stuff online.

i would have bought a vcc myself but i cant send any funds using this account and dont have any other acounts on other alternative sites.

anybody willing to exchange this account(as it does not ask for any photo identification or bills or any other stuff of that source) for a vcc which i can use online for my shopping or any other help will be appreciated.

since i am new here i will give out the info first.

i dont have funds elsewhere.. i just dunno why they limited me tried my first transaction today

They just want you to verify your account by determining that you are for real. If you not doing anything wrong then you have nothing to hide by giving them your bank account, they cannot withdraw anything from your account without your explicit permission.

If you are not verified then probably you have reached your spending limit and you need to have them trust you in order to extend your account.

You cannot 'sell' or transfer your account to another party unless they have exactly your same name, live in the same address and country.

adding my bank acc will complete 3 out of 4 steps

but what i still need a cc which i dont have..

yes im unverified but have a send limit of $3000 of which i have used $0

im new to this stuff but wats the use of giving that limit if u will never be allowed to use it..

i have read a couple of posts in this forum about ppl buying accounts.. are they scams
