I have read in quite a few discussion that if an exchange involves paypal, ppl say that they will accept the exchange if its send thru xoom.

Can anyone elaborate on it - how exactly will this transaction take place?

I think xoom has a fees of $ 10, so r they expecting a direct bank transfer (including fees) :confused:

Pls care to clarify.. thanks


PS : I am not talking abt withdrawing my own funds to my own bank ac.. I am particularly talking abt the exchange - when someone else is gona send the paypal money to my bank ac (?? or what) .. wanna know th detailed procedure

xoom is really nice... and i will suggest you to contact them directly. by email they reply within 1 hour and by phone they reply instantly... only xoom can explain how transactions take place on there system... i can only tell you that xoom is the best way to receive money without getting scammed because xoom dont allow reversal and chargeback... i am really happy with xoom beacuse there draft are treated as local draft...

They are expecting a direct bank transfer excluding fees :) And also xoom supports Money Pickup, basically they dont support bank transfer for all of the countries listed, but Money Pickup is supported for all countries.

ah.. all means ? 'ALL' literally:confused: ? can u elaborate on the procedure of money pick up ? any useful link would be appreciated, thanks

Check the cash pickup locations and send money to countries option. All means those who are supported by xoom :)

E-mail is afaik service[at]xoom[dot]com but you can use the contact form, too.
