Is this ok? paypal ->xoom->cash

Have anybody done this before? I have a relative in UK and I intend to send her money using xoom from my paypal account so that she can withdraw the money in cold hard cash and then bring back home here to give me. Do you guy think it's a good idea because I can save on the paypal exchange rate and the sending fee is almost the same as doing wire transfer.

Yes, you can do it as long as her place is supported by xoom.

Yes you can do that. Xoom service is really fast and secure so no need to worry about that. So many DP members using it since long time.

Check if paypal allowing you direct fund transfer to your bank account, it is much easier and cost saving.

Yes, it's ok.. As long as you and your relative are in/from different countries.

coz Xoom doesn't allow sending to and from same countries. They dont allow here in the phil.. im not sure if they apply the same rule in other countries tho'
