My Paypal Account Limited, How to Restore it?

i have this message :

Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We would like to restore your access as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Why is my account access limited?

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

# Dec. 22, 2007: We have detected suspicious activity regarding the receipt or withdrawal of funds.

i try click resolution center and click resolve problem and get this message:

i upload electrical bill On Dec. 24, 2007
after 24hr, i don't have any respond from paypal.
so what next must i do?

Wait for 2-3 days, 25th is a holiday

If you are ready fax the documents than they should have them all ready. What is the point in waiting 3 days? :)

just fax it, so at least you already done all the request by them. Don't forget to keep the fax detailed also.

It is better for you to fax the document and then call them. Paypal respond much faster if you act that way.

Well, you probably still need to wait a few days at least because remember that you are not the only customer they have and chances are there are probably thousands others who are waiting for their limitations to be lifted.

I believe that receiving the utility bill is not enough, they will need to go through them to ensure that they are real and verifiable.

Paypal takes atleast 2 days.....for reviewing.........so dont worry

Its happen to me 2 days ago...it is enough if you just upload document.

As long as the utility address same as the address in your profile ...you don't have to worry.

Just upload or fax, and call them, always call them after you have done something, they tend to be lazy sometimes :p

Dear just upload the documents and then call paypal .
Paypal representative will ask u if u hav changed the pass and security question and will restore ur account instantly.
THIS IS WAT HAPPND TO ME ;)
