UNBAN MY 1st USERNAME

as my 1st username member.php?u=103428 banned permanently (2 month ago) for the reason : multiple accounts (i never had a secondary account)
and also they banned my friend member.php?u=73854 who asked for unban me (we are using shared computer)

i think this game can be ended if they unban our users ,
