Help!!! Paypal CashBack for a Service??? Dispute? What should I do?

Ok, so I helped some guy make his entire web 2.0 site. He paid me the money via paypal using the service button.

5 minutes after I send him the script, he filed a dispute.

How can I fight this dispute?
How can I fight it to win?

This is unfair, 72 hours of work, and a lot of pm and mail correspondent with him and now I earn nothing???

Sorry to hear this happened to you. Unless you prove that you transferred the script to him, there is no way of getting the money back.

Its just a dispute now they have not reversed the charge, right?

What will end up happening is Paypal will not return the money. In their TOS they clearly state that they do not insure or guarantee transactions for digital goods. ie your script

Correct.

I had a dispute last week, and that was their position. Even though I had clear documentation.
