I am gazing into my magic crystal ball and asking it who sent the "email"...

All I can see in it is the letter V,E and N flashing in different colours. Think there might be some numbers after that also. Not sure though, the auld ball's been giving a bit of trouble recently. Got it serviced, but dunno if it's working.

Maybe the letters V,E and N make sense to others here? Or should I try the damn ball out? :)
