Or How can I withdraw money from paypal to Bangladesh directly?

I guess credit/debit card withdrawals via paypal isnt available for sub-continental countries.!!

hi bangali try plimus or 2checkout .. u can accept paypal payment or credit debit payment with both sites and request a payoneer.com prepaid master card.. withdraw to it regularly.. and cashout from anywhere in the world

but u must provide product or service to ppls.. and have a website

no bangali u cant do that.. u must have atleast 1 .com domain and u can host it on free blogspot host

As others have suggested, you would need to look at 3'rd party. Paypal does not offer this.

To the OP, You cannot load a Payoneer Debit Card with Paypal funds. Also Bangladesh is not a Paypal Supported Country so you cannot technically sign up for a Paypal account without breaching the contract you signed up with Paypal. Inevitably, you will risk having your account limited.

If you do not sell products or offer any services then it would mean that you have no means of earning an income other than donations and in which case, Plimus is not for you.

If you sell advertising or sell membership for your forum then that inevitable would be considered a service.

Plimus was conceived for the sale of shareware but they are a little more relaxed now.
