How to make a Page for Ads

Hi i am new to CJ and i don't know how to make a page for CJ,

Do i have to make a blog or only a Page with some text ?

hi there, I am also looking for the same thing you are, namely a template or system to display cj adverts. i'd be happy to swap ideas and things with you on this subject! I run adsense and am looking to diversify.
