1 is having 500$ and other is around 3300$ pm me ur offers if u want to buy

The person who buys your accounts must have your name, address and lives in the same country as you to benefit from this. Besides you are not allowed to transfer a paypal account without breaking your contractual agreement with paypal.

Work towards having your limitation lifted would be the only way to go.

Yes, i totally agree with you.
Dhoom3, better fax or upload the documents and other necessary details that paypal is asking for raising the limit.
BTW, can you post the screenshots of your limited account so that i may help you in raising the limit.
