How do you pay with cc through paypal?

I know there is a way, but I forgot. I want to use my debit/credit card to pay someone via paypal because my paypal account doesn't have much on it. I have done it before, but I forgot. Thanks

All you need to do is to add a credit card to your account and have it verified.

When you opt to make a payment, it will allow you to select an alternative source of funding if your existing balance is insufficient. In which case you can select to pay through your credit card(s) or bank accounts.

Not everyone uses Paypal to sell things and thus for the most of us, we would not have any Paypal balance thus the pass-through payment through your credit card and bank account makes it a wonderful payment platform.
