Is it possible to verify your paypal account with a credit card, so you can send money but still keep it free from fees? Our do I have to verify it with my bank account? Thanks in advance for the help.

pretty sure you need a bank account.. they want to be able to track you down should the need arise..

It all depends. Different country would have different verification procedures.

Some countries like the US and Australia, you will need to verify with your bank account but for countries in Asia, Africa and most of Europe, you would verify using your Credit Card.
