I have some money that i received in my unverified account and now can;t send it to anyone? :confused:

In US you can't send money with out being verified. US is very tight.

Germany and other EU countries have huge limits around 1,500 EUR

You need to verify your account in order lift the limit.

An unverified account would is deemed to be untrusted and thus would have a spending limit. Once you hit that limit, you will not be able to spend anymore money. The purpose is that it would allow you the timeframe to get the verification process completed.

In the US, it is very easy to verify your account, all you need to do is to add a US Bank account and once all details are verified, you will have the limitation lifted. If you want to increase the limit then just add a credit card and you are done.

Yes you can send but you are limited to $100 sending limit.
How ever you can add credit card and get your paypal verified and uplift your limitation and if you are in US, just add your bank account to it.

That depends on your country. But even if there is a large sending limit ($1,500) and you send only $100, PayPal will limit your account immediately and ask for verification. Just my bad experiences....
