The DN is worth low $XX in my opinion. Your website has Adsense potential if you fix your broken links and add more keyword content so it might place well in Google. Mortgage keywords have high payouts. Good Luck.

Undeveloped, I'd say it's worth reg fee to $10 as it could possibly be a brandable name, even though it's long.

I disagree and think this domain is perfect for the times and is worth high $xx alone and $xx,xxx if developed properly.
