I stumbled upon a website paycards.com which offers withdrawal from your paypal A/c in any ATM.Does anyone have any prior experience with them?.Or are they just a a run of the mill scam?.:)

And I presume that you are an Indian, with the latest Paypal option of direct withdrawl you shouldn't be having a problem withdrawing your money
