What is the best link building software out there?

I am currently trying out different free trials for link building software such as Web CEO, SEO Spyglass, IBP and Arelis. I have used Optilink extensively before and would be inclined to buy it for this project. I have also read a lot about SEO Elite but have read a lot of different things about it and have read that some of the reviews are fake.

Can anyone give me some insight into which one is the best to buy? If you could give me a comparative analysis that would be great. Any kind of advice would be appreciated.:)

I will start with the end - with SEO Elite. Personally I do not like it especially their shameless and ungrounded selfpromotion. The tool is not worth all the hype surrounding it.

IBP (Arelis) is not bad, but comparing to WebCEO it is for newbies. Web CEO let you not only search for link partners by keyword and sites linking to your competition. But you can also monitor your partnership agreements: see if the link is still present at your partner's page, know the keywords used in links to your page, find Google PR of the page of your partner, etc.

As for me WebCEO cope with link building better.

i do use IBP&Arelis(license version)...and this is good link building software
