Ok, my problem is.. i make now acount paypal and try registr new card: american express he say : This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.


then what is problem.. in card i have 8$ dolars neeed more ? are thast waiting ?

Just check with your credit card issuer. I once tried verifying my account and got the same message. The reason was because my credit card company does not allow internet transaction using the card. They just reissue another card which can perform internet transactions. Hope it helps.

contact the card issuer company and ask them if you can use this card at paypal or not...

Is your card activated? This may be caused by you received the card but did not activate it yet!
