i want to know if anyone would pay decent money for this if i was to code it up with all the pages working, etc.

I was thinking if i could get like $200 for the whole thing i'd be happy, would any of you pay that much for this if it was coded, valid html/css etc.

just as an idea, because i've never actually sold a fully coded site and am new to the web design industry...

No offence, but for $200 I would want a better template than that.

You can get some pretty smart templates for much cheaper than that.

$50 even if it was a fully valid html/css document, using only no tables, just divs? :S

any chance you guys could show me something that is worth $200+ so i can see what I have to work towards?

you can sell this for $200. if it was easy, and targeted to their/your needs, a person might even pay more than $200 for it. You'll be surprised. Because what's a few thousand dollars for a new store front on the internet, you know? A few thousand visitors might settle that extra $150 fairly easily.

But you CAN sell this for cheaper, and people do. So the above people are not incorrect.

I would pay around $30-$40 for this, I can get custom ones done for a cheaper price then $200.

I wouldn't pay that if it was just XHTML/CSS coded. Maybe $30-40.

If people are willing to pay 50$ for this then you can sell 4 of them. Thats how templates works. If you make custom template what was asked you to do then you can shoot the price up for ex. 200$.

I wouldn't pay a single "korvöre" cause I design myself. If I didn't however I have no idea what it's worth.. probably like the others say something like that. But you know, some people would give more, some people would give very little, it's hard to say.
