I'v had the website for almost 9 months now. About 2 months ago i decided to take it down, and the website was down for about a month and a half. When I relaunched the website the traffic was much different then before. Before taking it down i was getting 700+ unique visits daily, now i'm only getting about 100...
When i check my google webmasters tools, it simple saying that my pages are included in the index. It doesn't tell me the last that that the website was crawled, does this mean it hasn't crawled my website yet? Its been about 3 or 4 weeks now...
Thanks in advance.:)

Did you create a sitemap? This place: http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ helps you by creating a sitemap and lists at least 500 urls so you should get indexed quickly - and crawled.

Do a manual Google-Bot call.

Why don't you try getting some delicious bookmarks or even submitting it to StumbleUpon and digg? I know it sounds kind of cliche but it does work; Especially if your site is on one of stumbleupon's tag pages for a bit. These methods will both increase your traffic (albeit short term) and will get you indexed and gain one way links.

as you said that your website was down for over a month. So Google must have crawled ur site and learnt that your site is no more online so it must have removed its Pages Indexed for you site. As wat i have learnt is that it crawl once in a week. So now you need to have frequent updates and off - page optimization too. then your site will be ranked in google.
Check this out for your last crawl.

How can I do a manual Google-Bot call??
also i get about 40+ unique visitors from google daily... so its not like i'm not in the index. Also when I did the chache it didn't show any results.

I think for websites there is a code, for blogs you just ping it.
