The best was to see this is <view source> But the question is will Google use it or count it as a good link? This has become a major question for SEO quality Forum or Blog links.

This question should be asked of the Forum's moderator or Administrator.

The signature link in the forum is dofollow. But whether Google considers it a good backlink or not is something you need to ask either Google or any of the mods here.

They aren't dofollow, they are just standard one way links.

links in signatures do count as backlinks
