What is going on in Google SERPs ?

One of my site is moving up and down the SERP , sometimes it goes to 30 , sometimes 2 , sometimes 40 . This is in 24 hrs only .

Im losing $20 a day because of them freaken jumps... I was 3rd, now im around 50th :mad: :mad: :mad:
