Do a search for exact domain name. If you get
Sorry, no information is available for the URL, I believe site is banned.

thank you Shannon, but I beleive it is beyond that simple seach.
When a site has been online for a while, and is indexed, SE shows up all pages for that domain. If the site becomes banned, this page count go down slowly, not just from day 1 to day 2.
If you want to know if the site is banned in the middle of the falling, you can get results..., however, it's banned.
Also, there is another interesting point, what about a new site that is not indexed yet?
I appreciate your reply, but as many seo are suggesting not link to BN, how can I be sure if the site is no banned?
Regards
Far

As I understan it there are algorithm changes which affect a broad spectrum of webs, penalities which are applied to particular sites, and bans. When Traffic Power and all their clients were banned , not a trace of any of those sites appeared in the index.
What I would be worried about is how my site was appearing on the BigDaddy datacenters for I believe that is direction our SERPs are heading.
Good luck.
