Yes,
You can get .biz and .us in $7.60 (OR as low as $5.99 if you buying in bulk) by using coupon code " htmli.info " in mydomain.com. They has a fine reputation and I have quite a lot of domain with them.

thanks i gave you rep for that lol, i never heard of them though, even though its just $0.05 less, i might just get it, i dont have big plans for the domains anyway, just to forward them
edit: i surfed through them, reminds me a whole lot like godaddy, i think they are a reseller, last reseller i had a huge problem with, so not sure if i want to go with them

Yes. You are right. powerhoster.com is a reseller of wildwest domain. All the support is given by wildwest domain, the sister company of godaddy ( and the same management group ). I think wildwest domain support group is very good.

It's $7.60 which is cheapest in among registrar. For .biz I remember 1and1 they do have a deal for $2.99, check my signature. :)

However source of the reseller will charge you a bit higher than reseller. Most of the time reseller won't have any problem. I have a domain under reseller and no problem at all. :)

Name.com has .biz & .us for $7.99 & they are reputable. Most of the reputable companies are around this price or more.

Exactly. 1&1 has a bad rep in the domaining community.

yea i have domains from them but they are very slow in updating name servers, and transfer costs more than the dam domain which is annoying lol, but i may have no choice if i want to save money

I'm not sure about name server updating issue as there are almost real time for my domain. Maybe It's hosting account or anything, as I have an netfirms account they required 1 day for DNS update. But no choice because I'm same like you, looking cheapestttttt........ price :D
But, just a thing I'm not sure, transfer cost more than registration cost? Are you sure? I just look at the price and It still $7.99 , and new registration $8.75 (without coupon code).

like i said before, im in no hurry for the domain, and i dont plan to even buy the domain until january, is there a problem with getting information beforehand? if there is you can keep it to yourself, i dont need to hear comments about how i can go and just spend 5 more cents for a domain
thank you very much!
Really? Because then I see people like you come back later and complain that they suck and whine about they should be getting awesome service and aren't because that extra nickel was just tooo much.
As I said if you're serious, go with a decent registrar, anything under 10$ is pretty reasonable if you actually want service. As you approach 6 it's basically the crap service zone.

wow thats a harsh assumption dont you agree? why would you assume someone LIKE ME would come and complain and whine later about a crappy company, why do you think i would ask for a referral here?
really if you have nothing productive to say dont say anything at all - and i dont need the really awesome 24/7 service for domains, i've been dealing with them enough to know what to do and how to do it

Mainly because people trying to save an extra nickel choose the worst companies to save it. You don't need 24/7 service in most cases but just look up registerfly is you want an example of needing ANY service and any serious person involved with domains knew they were awful long before they went under. There are fly by night resellers and offers all the time. Just because you know how a domain works doesn't mean the company you buy through will even let you use it the way you want or properly. The less you pay the more likely you choose one of these companies with shady policies because they are doing something to make up for the lost revenue? Domains AREN'T free, they gotta be making money somewhere and for the price level you're asking for, it clearly aint from the registration. Report me all you want, I really could care less.

lol you still think its about saving a NICKEL - and it seems you havent even read some of the stuff i said - i stated im trying to get some information before i buy it, im in no hurry to buy it, and does it hurt to get information about something before you buy it?
you come on and saying how people like me WHINE and CRY about it later on for not getting good service, trust me i have the money to buy that domain even if it cost $35 - I just don't have any experience buying a .us or .biz domain - i've bought .com, .net, .org, .info, .co.uk, and along with a few others and i know the good prices for them.
and if you have no company to refer to me please don't reply with your worthless comments because i could careless about what you have to say about me trying to save 5 cents when you have the whole concept confused
@domainco.us - thanks i'll check out est domains
