Go research the domain and see how much it appraises for and that will at least give you some general research as to how much your willing to go. If there is a way to see if a variation of TheTrue.com is searched, type in traffic could almost help out as well.

If you are buying it for speculation & resale then it is high. If you are buying it to build a site then you have to decide how badly you need that particular name against how much revenue you expect to generate from your site.
