Hello everyone,
Today I logged into my enom.tv account to push a domain for a website I just sold. I had registered it 4 months ago, and used to manage without problem via the admin panel.
After a week of negociations with a client, I sold the website associated with that domain. I transfered all the files, the database, but then I logged into my enom account and the domain name is not there anymore. I tried to check the transfer reports, account history and NOTHING! It's like my domain never existed. It's still pointing to my server and the WHOIS info shows that it's still with enom.
What can I do? This company is hurting my business and I might lose trust and a serious opportunity because of enom. I hope this issue will be solved, but on thing is clear: I will never make business with enom again.

I submitted a ticket to the support team. I'm waiting for an answer and I will give them a phone call if I don't get an answer in the next few hours. But this is unacceptable. I have more than 20 domain names registered with another company and I never had any trouble. I'm finalizing a deal and if this isn't solved in the next few hours, I might lose lots of money.
What the hell will I say to my client? "Hum, sorry, but I can't push the domain to you, it just, well... disappeared." Thanks Enom.

Yikes, that doesn't sound good. I don't see how something like that could happen - a domain simply disappearing from your account makes no sense at all. I've had my blog, http://superbloggingtips.com, registered with enom since the beginning of June this year and had no trouble. Bizarre. I hope you get it all worked out!

Thanks for your support! That never happened to me before and I don't understand how it could happen. My domain name is very marketable and when I bought it I even wondered that it wasn't a premium .tv name. Now I googled for "enom sucks" and I found lots of horror stories, stating that enom stole domain names from users. I hope mine won't be one of them and this will be solved.

Speaking from the registrar side of the fence (in a previous life), I used to get
that exact issue. Causes ranged from a database error to the worst case you
can imagine and hope doesn't happen.
Personally what I'd tell the costumer in that situation is to do your best. Just
state there are problems, you're on top of it, and you'll keep them abreast as
soon as there's updates of any kind or until the issue's resolved.
Needless to say, nobody wants these to happen, and not all result in a happy
ending. But...you do what you can under the circumstances.
I too hope your issue will be resolved as soon as possible. IMHO, call them.
