Submit Button with Countdown?

I need a submit button that counts down from 10 to zero before it is enabled... Can anyone please point me in the right direction? Thx!

...well, I am proficient in HTML, CSS & PHP. But only basic knowledge in Javascript. That's why I was hoping for some copy & paste script.
