I was registered with sitestats.biz to monitor my traffic analysis. I find the details very comprehensive. However now my username is not found on their database. This happened to me a month or more ago. I tried to contact them using the email address they have contacted me with, the same one they give on their website, but the email address has always failed(I tried from Gmail and MSN). Last time I had to register again(with the same email and username). The trouble with this is that I lose all my previous stats.

When I try and contact them by email, I get the following failure message (on Gmail):-

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

webmaster@sitestats.biz

Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 13): 553 sorry, relaying denied from your location.

Please HELP!

The error sounds like you are blacklisted, try with a new email provider and if that doesn't work then nothing will.

They don't sound like a very reliable company, I would really advise Google Analytics, it has everything from how long your visitors view a certain page for to where the visitors came from.

It is also made by Google who have a working email and don't seem to lose data.

Don't think I'm blacklisted as my blog is just a picture story about my travels abroad, and more informative than anything else, with just a few google ads on there. When this happened the first time it allowed me to sign up with the same username and blog and was working for at least a month. They just must have a crap software system or data-loss problems.

Have signed up for Google Analytics, as I am a fan of Google products anyway. Too early to say about the stats but the options look good on there.
