I am trying to add my directory as free featured listing under Computer -> Internet but it show me message that 'This category is locked by administrator.' :( Now what to do :confused:

I also am trying to submit a site to Business -> Investing, and choosing Free or Featured the answer is the same: This category is locked by administrator.

I don't understand, you tell here to submit, and, you lock the submissions.
