I think it will be released first in Europe.
I wouldn't be waiting for YPN, try to find other alternatives.

It can never be about the country. What difference does it make to a mortgage site targeted towards US, whether the owner is Indian or european or of US ? It is just that yahoo is not ready to launch the program globally which is understandable. Remember gmail was itself in beta for almost a year.
