How to put ads on site?

I uploaded the three files
i changed permission for the .txt file
on my .html site, php is enabled.

I get this message: Ads not found on http://www.asianscans.net/
and
Account not not yet activated. | Site failed automatic validation as of 2006-02-15 (make sure URL and site type is correct - if everything is correct, make a request in the forum for assistance).

I can see ad on http://www.asianscans.net/ad_network_ads_168.txt

If i try to validate "it" says, no ads found on site

I do not know how to put an ad on the site, if this is not done automatically.

It is said ads should be on all pages on the site.
How to do this if not done automatically, i mean, what is the code if to put manually, aka where is the code written?

try changing .html to .php

change index.html to index.php

then when you get that working change all your site links and the rest of your pages to .php

I am not going to do that, I want to keep my index a .html, Guess i will look for other options
