What is this supposed to mean? Everything about my ad is "Great" yet this one keyword(s) is showing this message.

G has been having problems with the magnifying glass thingy. Use the preview tool - most likely your ads are running.

You're probably bidding on a trademark in a country where that's illegal.

Sites using adsense can choose to forbid certain sites if they wish. Perhaps your ad was targeted for a site that has you banned or a certain keyword banned. Perhaps they feel you are a competitor or something.
In other words, I have an auction site with AdSense on it. AdSense scans my site and finds my keywords to include "auction", but I don't want other auctions sites advertising there. I can go to my AdSense account and manually ban all the auctions sites if I want.
Is yours a targeted campaign or keywords?
