Adsense POP UP

Am I allowed to put adsense on a site where there is a "pop-up" .

Like there is a link where it says "click to view demo" if someone click on the link a pop up will appear with a demo of something. Put there is no adsense code on the pop up but there is adsense on the site. Is it allowed to add adsense on sites with pop up like that ?

Sites showing Google ads should be easy for users to navigate and should not contain excessive pop-ups. AdSense code may not be altered, nor may standard ad behavior be manipulated in any way that is not explicitly permitted by Google.

He said there was no adsense on the popup. And all it was, was a link opening up a demo.

If the Popup doesn't automatically appear from just visiting the website ..or leaving the website and has to to be clicked on for the pop up to appear your clear.

What the intent of the no popup rule is to not annoy visitors and mix the google brand with a negative stigma. Services like paypopup.com and such drive this kind of traffic. As long as its not something like that your fine.

I think it's allowed as your pop-ups don't do anything of these..

If the pop-up is automatic then no your not allowed. if the user has to click a link to open it then i think you will be ok.
