What are the best blogger template submission sites?

We have three blogger themes develop and it is proving quite difficult to find sites we can submit our themes to.

any help would be greatly appreciated

I think you can submit Blogger templates to Blogflux and Themebot.

You can also post your theme on forums, e.g. in the Freebies section here on DP.

i've found good blogger templates at freshblogger templates (http://freshbloggertemplates.blogspot.com).blogspot.com Hasn't been updated for awhile but the ones there are pretty good.
