What you guys think about the placement of adsense on my site ?
Do I need to change something ?

I suppose it will be better if you try to put your ads inside the content and not aside it. It's not very probable that they will capture the visitors attention while they are on the right side. It'll be better to put them somewhere in the picture column and to make them to look like a part of the actual content (having the same color like the rest of the text, etc.).
Just my opinion...

I agree, it would be better to have the ads on the left side as that is where the main content is. Try working them into the post area.

Your site looks funny. The ads are a bit heavy... but if your readers aren't turned off by it then stick to it.

Hmmm, I didn't recieve any complaint about them. My friends are telling me that they are very well on the site and all. Hmmmm. I don't know what to do now :p

remove the border on you half banner...and the ad at the right the title is somehwat invisible because it is same text color as the text and link...better change that...and make the text and link color the same...
