Urchin vs Google-analytics????

HI,
i was late to know about the google analytics and so could't get that; at this time i have awstats and Urchin (i am using these two) provided by my hosting service provider with my package. So if any of you have used both Urchin and Google-analytics, plz tell me that which is better coz i think Google -analytics relies on Urchin...?

Google bought Urchin and you can't get it anymore unless its on your server I think.

Google then improved the adwords tracking on Urchin and won't let anybody try it!
