Where to buy cheap backlinks?

I have like 50$, that I'd like to spend on cheap backlinks.
The more the better ... permanent.
What do you guys recommend me to do?
I don't think I'll get far with directories ...

check out the link sales section. from time to time you can find some decent links there... you may also consider blog posts and such links...

you can also check on TLA as well. it depends on PR value. when purchasing a link, make sure you choose relevant topics for Readers and not for ranking as discussed by Matt Cutts, (I think we all know who Matt Cutts is) here is a quote of what matt said about paid links , "So if you want to buy links, I’d buy them for users/traffic, not for PageRank/search engines."

what Matt Cutts said is about buying traffic (like all advertisements) and not pass any back links. If you do not add "rel=nofollow" when you sell links, Google promise to filter that link. HOWEVER, most people buy links because they want to get better SERP, NOT for traffic. To be objective, link sales is a black-hat method because it's forbidden
