When does google updates PR.. Do we need to apply for it to happen?

When does google updates pr rating for a new site.

I know how to build lots of backlinks + how to get traffic..

but how to get pr fast??

Is google a lazy cow to rate pr to sites?

early i had to wait 3month to get a pr!!

Do we need to apply for it to happen?

what the hell why delay with pr?? when other things are instant :D

Instant backlinks (possible from social bookmark sites)
Instnat traffic (possible from digg stumbleupon youtube)

Instant PR from where? :D

You don't need to do anything for the PR update to happen and it happens every quarter. You can only get links to your site / pages for some good PR to your site when the update happens. But remember the toolbar is nothing and the actual PR is what we never can know.

Just build your links and you will have some green next update. Why are you so concerned about PR? I think traffic and placement are far more important.

some ppl have to wait ages to get a decent PR.

I don't know how you managed to miss the threads all day everyday about 'the next PR update' - which start exactly 10 seconds after the last PR update - but I wish I had that 'ignore' function.
