What do you guys think of this adsense placement? Any Improvements?

I don't like the referral buttons up there. Maybe you should move them next to the bottom rectangle and also align them vertically. The bottom rectangle should be centered. And that text, saing "1 User online" is just useless and annoying.

Well currently earning $8/day via adsense. As compared to $1/day before with regular ad placements. I just wanted to know what else could be added, Thanks for your ideas though, I will consider.

Do you make any money from the referals? I assume the Adsense and Adwords referal buttons would be useless since not much of your traffic would be web developers. Your traffic would be far to general for those buttons. The Firefox button could work though.

The $8 MUST be form other sites, this site only has 4 files uploaded whihc have been downloaded a total of 6 times.....

yes i m agree with last comments, u should have more traffic and place very well ur referal ads..
every one who visit ur site , the first things he will show it s ur ads , he knows that is Google ads.. so i think that u have to place it very good and try to camoufle it :)
