Uhm, im not 100% sure since i've never tested it but lets see. Say this video for example:

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=NlHUz99l-eo

If you look in the top right corner where it says the user's name and about the video, just look right under and you'll see "Embed". I'm pretty sure if you copy / paste that code into your blog it'll show up. Or if you look just right of that, you can customize it too ;). Good luck!

Yeah, all you have to do is paste the embed code into your post and then it will show up. The only thing you have to watch out for is making sure that you are not using the rich text editor. Turn that off and use the plain text one instead.

No problem, im assuming it worked? You should customize it to fit into your interface ;), then use that one.

Yes there are quite a few You Tube plug ins.
I personally use Tube Press (http://ehough.com/youtube/tubepress) for a gallery of videos on my blog, and You Tube Widget (http://nothingoutoftheordinary.com/2007/05/31/wordpress-youtube-widget/) for a video in the side bar.

Tube Press Example : Here (http://www.124bpms.com/events/)(You can also see how the You Tube Widget shows up on the left.

In your admin, there is an option for the "visual rich editor" under Users > Your Profile

I used this as a good guideline for my video blogs.
