I have just started to do article marketing for my sites. So far though I have only submitted them to one directory.
My question is...would it be better to submit the article to as many directories as I can or only the top one which seems to be eZineArticles.
The goal is to generate more traffic by increased search rankings for our targeted keywords and not so much relying on someone to read the article and click the link in the bio. Do search engines give less weight to the links if they come from say a dozen directories as opposed to one high ranking directory?

I'm not really looking for a service. I'm more interested in knowing if submitting an article to multiple directories will help with serp or hurt do to it being duplicate content.

Thats what I was kind of saying, submitting to alot of article directories from my experience helps increase your serps.

It helps because all you are looking for is the backlink...it doesnt matter if it is duplicate because it isnt your page...thats where there are programs such as copyscape....copyscape couldnt find duplicate content if it wasnt indexed...if it is indexed, then you have the link

The obvious answer to your question is that you should submit your articles to as many different article directories as possible.

Add goarticles.com and ideamarketers.com to your list. Both well respected article directories.

You can submit articles in multiple article's sites. This is better for you but you should change some contents of these articles before submitting another directories.
